I love the cover and the blurb. Years ago I worked as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit in a Children’s hospital where we received post-op heart transplant patients. It is such an emotionally charged time for all involved because it is always bittersweet–one child gets the chance to live but you know another child had to die to provide that chance. We attribute so much to a person’s “heart” that it does lead to a wealth of storyline ideas. I look forward to seeing where the author goes with it. Thanks for sharing!
