In addition to being a freelance editor, I’m also an intern for Entangled Publishing and have served as a mentor/judge in many writing contests (including Pitch Madness, Query Kombat, and the infamous Pitch Wars) over the past few years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and work toward a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Studies. I’m the writer of quirky middle-grade fiction. I live in the rural Midwest with my husband and daughter (and a hyperactive Border Collie named after a Last Airbender character). I’m represented by Louise Fury of The Bent Agency.
STARTING BID: $10
TURNAROUND TIME allow two weeks for query critiques + 1st chapters, four weeks for partials, and six weeks for full critiques. Donors will discuss turnaround times with winners. All winning bids are guaranteed. Should some unforeseen event happen, money will be returned to winner or the winner may choose to have Brenda Drake provide the critique.
