Linda lives in Northern Virginia with her amazing husband, Joe, and their feisty chihuahua, Demitria (also known as Dee Dee, The Puppy, and Killer).
She grew up in a tiny town called West Grove, in southeastern Pennsylvania. In the second grade, she announced to her parents that she wanted to be a “Paperback Writer,” just like in the Beatles song. She majored in journalism in college and now work in marketing and communications.
She’s a sucker for romance and reality TV and have been known to turn off my phone’s ringer when watching “The Bachelor.”
Her favorite flower is the daisy, her favorite food is chocolate, and her favorite song is “Amazing Grace.”
She’s represented by the wonderful Andrea Somberg at Harvey Klinger Inc., and her first novel, THE FUNERAL SINGER, was released in September 2013 by Swoon Romance.
STARTING BID: $10
TURNAROUND TIME allow two weeks for query critiques + 1st chapters, four weeks for partials, and six weeks for full critiques. Donors will discuss turnaround times with winners. All winning bids are guaranteed. Should some unforeseen event happen, money will be returned to winner or the winner may choose to have Brenda Drake provide the critique.
