I’ll be on vacation June 10 to June 18, and when I come back, I’ll announce a workshop coming up in July! It’ll be for either queries or first pages. If you have a preference, leave it in the comments of this post.

Have a relaxing and rejuvenating time! We’ll miss ya!

I would love a first pages workshop. That’s my vote.

    I’d like them both!

Dear Brenda: There are so many more opportunities to have our written word critiqued, I would love to have a workshop on queries. Thank you.

First pages would be amazing! Have a great time on vacation!

Have a lovely time! Either workshop sounds good–but I’m in query-revising mode right now, so that’s my vote.

For the workshop, either one would be fine but if I had to choose I’d say query.

Have a GREAT vacation!

Queries for workshop.

Have a good time!

Wow, so hard to choose! I’m with Shiela Fuller. There’s a lot of first pages opportunities, but I always love getting an agent (or editor) perspective on what makes a query sing, “Pick me!”

So if you’ve got an agent or acquisition editor on board, then I pick query workshop, otherwise I pick first pages.

Queries! Definitely!

Traci Krites · June 10, 2014 at 6:25 pm

First pages.

Cynthia Stacey · June 18, 2014 at 7:45 am

Either would be fantastic!
