Elinor writes Urban Fantasy with a dark noir twist involving whiskey drinking detectives and mysterious women who know how to kill. She has a degree in Anthropology with a heavy background in field work and prehistoric archaeology, all of which help her in her writing research.

She has run the gamut from kitsch artist, a personal assistant at a small but successful book business, an assistant antique appraiser and book scout, a historical reenactment actor for a nonprofit, to kickass knife thrower, all of which may make appearances in her novels. She lives in Georgia with her fiancé and an incredibly spoiled German Shepherd, and currently works as a graduate student, studying a watershed in the Atlanta area.
